Damian Tanenbaum serves as the Head of Customer Delivery & Chief Operating Officer in NAR. Damian brings in 25+ years of strategic operations leadership experience and a track record of delivering world-class support within the electronic payments industry.
Prior to joining Ingenico, Damian served as EVP of Operations at TSYS and Global Payments Inc. (formerly Cayan). In this role, he led multiple contact centers, learning and documentation, quality, customer experience, process improvement, and back-office that positively impacted the company’s efficiency and quality of work. He also provided strategic direction related to the handling of the business process outsourcing of contact centers & deployment.
Prior to that, Damian held leadership positions at Pivotal Payments, Fifth Third Processing Solutions, Heartland Payments and First Data Corporation.
Damian is a Six Sigma Green Belt and holds numerous certifications from institutions such as Mckendree University, HCC and the UMUC. Damian is focused on ensuring his teams deliver great customer experience at the best possible price following the most effective processes.
