One of the reasons Vantiv has chosen to work with the Ingenico Group is because they replicate a lot of the same ideas we have in that we try and innovate above and beyond what is required in the marketplace and look to create a better merchant experience by integrating technology services. The Ingenico Group for us has been very different, especially this past year, as it relates to the fact that they were one of the first device manufactures that got certified using EMV specification. True to form, as most device manufactures of Ingenico Group’s caliber, you guys have a large portfolio of products and what we see is consistency. As you take a look at a technology, such as EMV, you’re looking to integrate it across that entire portfolio and that’s important to us. Not one size fits all out in the marketplace as our merchants look to adopt these technologies they want to make sure they have choices. By partnering with Ingenico Group we ensure that not only do we have a wide selection of choice, but that each one of those have got the same standards when we talk about what we are doing in the marketplace to help reduce fraud. Having those types of technologies across the entire portfolio is import as well. By watching them as they’ve developed products that are now platform agnostic; they can integrate with devices such as mobile and smart devices, point of sale systems can compete at the lower end of the market, but provide much more functionality.
